Programme Coordinator: Policy and Knowledge Management
2. Supervisory Responsibilities
The Programme Coordinator: Policy and Knowledge Management will provide strategic and operational supervision to the following functions and positions:
- Knowledge Management Officer
- Spatial Information Officer
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) function
- Policy Officer
3. Key Deliverables
- Integrated policy, knowledge management, spatial information, and MEL strategies aligned with Global Strategy 2025–2035
- High-quality policy briefs, analytical papers, and knowledge products
- Robust MEL and spatial evidence supporting programme quality and accountability
- Substantive contributions to proposal development and donor engagement
4. Required Qualifications and Experience
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in environmental policy, natural resource management, climate change, geography, development studies, or related fields.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant professional experience, including policy engagement, research, knowledge management, or programme leadership.
- Proven experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of wetlands, climate change, biodiversity, and water governance.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to donor-funded proposals and programmes.

6. Language Requirements
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
